ISM 3.0 : A fest with Quality Check
Being a NITRKL student if you always had the complaint regarding the poor quality of fests over here then you are no different. Every student has pondered over the poor participation, inappropriate decoration, vacant roads and pathetic enthusiasm over the 3 days of a fest. But this time ISM 3.0 has been a complete demonstration and package of what a fest in NITR can be. From some exquisite decoration, to grand participation, supreme management and terrific gusto this year's ISM has been a success story that can inspire any secretary, Convenor or student.

Mr and Miss ISM
Oozing confidence with a soothing aura, the participants of “Mr. & Mrs ISM” enthralled the strong crowd of 80 for more than 3 hours. With staunch stands on some tough issues and some terrific display of exquisite talent the participants battled it out to win the coveted title of this year’s International Student’s Meet.

On A High Note
Beautiful, colourful lanterns of joyful shapes flying high making their way into the sky, students dancing in full swing, fireworks lighting up the night sky, a lively and silt rating KK on the microphone, oh, boy what to expect more? It was the perfect icing on the cake. A great end to a very successful and exciting ISM 2013.

The Cosmopolitan Carnival
More than 1000 participants including scores of outlanders and events ranging from the crazy to canny to classy - ISM 2013 was the concourse of what it had promised to be: “The crown jewel of the Institute’s Golden Jubilee Celebrations”. With innumerable focal points, this year’s International Students’ Meet was a treat for the planners and participants alike.
The 3-day long NITR gala kicked off on the morning of 8th March, 2013 with the much popular LASER workshop which was followed by the stunning LASER show in the evening. The prime focus of the day was Panache – the fashion parade, a show elegantly stylish with its in-vogue participants and subtly nostalgic with the placement coordinators and final year girls walking their last ramp in the institute.
