The Jack of All Trades: Samik Ghosal
Writer. Orator. Journalist. Debater. Quizzer. Tennis player. Joint Secretary to the Placement Committee. This man has so many feathers in his hat that one could well mistake it for a bird nesting on his head. Add in a measure of wry humour, workaholism and an altruistic outlook and you (almost) have the complete picture. Tryst with Prateek.
In the last of the schmooze sessions with our beloved mentors, Team MM finally caught up with the whiz kid of the campus who has been instrumental in revolutionising the technical backdrop of the institute: Prateek. His journey as a techie wonder began with the design of his school website and scoured horizons with the wonderful alterations in the Monday Morning website and the launch of the Training and Placement Portal of the institute. The Racer boy: Srinit Das
This enigmatic and confident personality is diehard fan of formula one and has himself been the driver at BAJA SAE for last 3 years. Basketball and racing are the passion of his life. Srinit Das has never been afraid of failure. Placed at AMDOCS, Musigma and then getting an offer from the best Management institute of India IIM Ahmedabad, you could say that he is the real Ranchod Das Chanchad of NITR.

We interview the man behind a lot of changed covers and display pictures, Rahul Venugopal Nair, one of the founding members of Third Eye – The Official Photography Club of NIT Rourkela.
